And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.

Integral Coaching for Personal Growth

Disentangle long-term behavioral patterns and embody the change you seek.

You are yearning to move in new directions in your life. You want the freedom to show up in the world in different and more helpful ways. You are ready to feel the satisfaction of contributing your unique gifts to this world that so desperately needs them.

And we are ready to meet you with an Integral approach to one-on-one coaching that is based on the principles of Adult Development and Integral Theory. Integral means inclusive of everything, and integral coaching uses a rich framework that truly honors the complexity of being human. This style of coaching will include many ‘Ah ha’ moments of realizing, “no wonder this is still a challenge for me” - while at the same time building in new ways of seeing, thinking, and doing that will enable you to create what deeply matters to you.

Our structured approach will offer a clear path to compassionately embrace what is, while skillfully living into what is possible.

How we work together

We will ease in with two 75 minute sessions. Starting with an intake session to clarify what is most important to you - followed by a 75 minute offer session detailing a journey to get you there. Typically programs will be offered in three to six months, meeting for 75 minutes every 2-3 weeks. The timeline will be based on your aspirations and your current level of development.

All programs will include:

  • An in-depth assessment using developmental assessment tools

  • Objectives that target the specific skills you need and want

  • Individually tailored practice, reflection and ongoing assessment

  • Regular communication, accountability and support between sessions

Meghann is such a wonderful coach. It has been a true blessing to know her and to learn from her. Since I began my coaching sessions I have started to really embrace my truest self with all of my flaws and focus on doing what is right for me. I have more confidence in my abilities, more trust in myself and I am truly able to take a step away from all the noise around me and sit in a place of compassion for myself.
